Guides for customers, new hires, trainers, and content developers
Below are samples of guides and reference materials I've designed across different organizations and teams.
The first sample is an activity one-sheeter created for the "Automate with Keywords" course in the TextUs Learning Center. The activity is designed to move learners from instruction into practice, encouraging them to begin using the Keywords feature in the platform while the context is still fresh.
The second example is a support article written as an instructional design work sample, demonstrating how I approach reference content: concise, scannable, and built around what a user actually needs to do.
The third guide is the New Hire Companion, designed in collaboration with Sprout Social's People Team. I produced the document using Apple Pages, Picta Graphic for Mac, and Adobe Acrobat.
The fourth example is a guide developed for Product Education Specialists to use during new hire product training, giving facilitators a structured reference to anchor their sessions.
The fifth sample links to a version of the Learning Portal Playbook, a document created with a Customer Marketing teammate to define content development and delivery processes across the program.
The sixth example contains three workshop-on-a-page guides produced as a member of Apple's Global Retail Marketing team. These workshops were delivered by trainers across Apple's retail stores worldwide.
The final example is a reference guide created during my graduate program learning design practicum for Gramaphone Records in Chicago.
