Below are samples of research and development artifacts produced to support enablement and certification design work.

The first two maps were built to help the Product Education team at Sprout Social optimize the navigation and information architecture of their Help Center.

The third map is a sketch of a possible layout for Sprout's certification program, produced during early ideation. It does not reflect the final program design, but shows how the thinking was developing at that stage.

The final example is an evaluation tool I developed for eLearning professionals to assess how well on-demand content is designed to motivate learners. It's the most academic artifact in this portfolio, rooted in instructional design theory and built to be practically useful in a content review process.
