Below are samples of eLearning modules built in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, spanning customer education, product certification, and internal enablement across multiple organizations.

The first module, "Create Effective Texting Campaigns," was developed for TextUs as part of the new customer onboarding path. The course guides users through campaign best practices, setting up and sending one-time and recurring text message campaigns, and using the campaign analytics dashboard to evaluate performance.

The second module, "Make Slack Your Digital HQ," was built for Slack's badge program in 2022. Designed around the shift to remote and hybrid work, the course helps organizations understand how to use Slack as a flexible, inclusive digital headquarters, covering the benefits of asynchronous work, building a digital HQ foundation, and iterating over time.

The third module, "Social Listening Use Cases," was developed for the Advanced Social Listening learning path in the Sprout Social Learning Portal. Rather than a traditional instructional format, the module presents real practitioner scenarios showing how social listening drives business outcomes, with interactive exploration of key features from Sprout's Advanced Listening add-on.

The fourth module, "Customer Experience Integrations," was built for advanced Sprout Social customers integrating the platform with marketing and CRM tools like HubSpot, Marketo, and Shopify. The course addresses how social, support, sales, and success teams can work together more effectively by connecting Sprout with the tools they already use.

The fifth section features supporting documentation for an on-demand course, including course description copy, SCORM scripts, activities, and video scripts.
